E.ON Next says that if a fixed business contract ends without renewal, the customer rolls onto a variable price plan, and if the customer decides to leave but the switch has not completed yet, they move onto out-of-contract prices. E.ON Next also says those out-of-contract prices are higher than its variable price plan. If a business takes supply without an agreed contract, it is placed on a deemed contract.
